PRODUCT WARRANTY
1. Signlite Services Inc./SOURCE1 warrants its products to be free of defects in materials or workmanship, at its sole determination, for a period of 180 days from the invoice date. SsiS1 will repair or replace product found defective, at its sole discretion, upon proof of possible defect reported to SsiS1.
Products found to be defective in materials or workmanship that are past the initial 180 warranty period
will be replaced on a 50% basis of original product subtotal up to 1 year from invoice date.
Products found to be defective in materials or workmanship that are past the initial 1 year warranty period will be replaced on a 25% basis of original product subtotal up to 2 years from invoice date.
Reporting warranty requests must be made in writing via email to info@ssisource1.com or faxed to 336-751-9543; warranty actions are based on the date of such report.
2. If required, Customer is responsible for returning product to SsiS1, although return- shipping containers for panels only may be supplied by SsiS1 upon request. In some instances, submitted digital photos detailing the apparent defect(s) may suffice.
3. Repair or replacement will be handled within standard 10-15 Business Day factory service.
4. Please note: SS1 makes reasonable efforts to produce colors per customer requirements and Pantone references; but does not warranty or guarantee color matching.
RETURN POLICY-non Warranty
1. Request for return of paid non-custom merchandise stating the reason for return is to be submitted to Signlite Services Inc. to obtain a return authorization. Please state whether you desire a replacement or a refund. Please be sure to include your name, office name, address, fax number, e-mail address, and a phone number where you can be reached.
2. A 20% restocking charge is applied before a refund is issued.
3. The return of the merchandise is required before any monies will be refunded. Customer shall bee responsible for the return of any merchandise.
4. The refund will be in the form of a check, credit to your account or a credit to your credit card.
5. All returns must be made within 30 days of the delivered order.
