Preferred Vendor Program

1. Signlite Services Inc./SignSOURCE1 offers a "Preferred Sign Vendor Program" to Real Estate offices that choose to promote SignSOURCE1 (SS1) to existing and all new Agents/Associates as their Preferred Sign Vendor. Significant savings are available through this innovative program. Access to the program is simple:

Office Broker-Owner and/or Authorized Representative promises to:

1. Promote verbally and through any appropriate inter-office communications (printed and electronic) SignSOURCE1

as the Sign Co. most preferred to supply affiliates with their sign needs and refer affiliates to the SSiSOURCE1 website

to place all orders.

2. Utilize SignSOURCE1 as an initial source of Office bulk-orders as needed. Purchases made at high-volume prices currently in effect.

3. Distribute internally (or allow to be distributed) all SS1 email promotions as requested. Email campaigns not to exceed more than 1 per month.

SignSOURCE1 promises to:

1. Authorize a special Office Promocode that will enable the online sale of all products available on the SS1 website at pricing starting at the "12" break. In other words, Agents/Associates may order customary smaller sign quantities, yet benefit from the lower "12" break higher volume price* (*Angleframe Combo Units-priced at 6 break ). Effective savings under the PVP Program for orders of less than 12 per item range from 25% to nearly 50%.

2. Enhance and prioritize production for PVP Offices so as to afford faster order processing. Standard factory service is 10-15 business days average production time. Anticipated PVP standard service is 10 business days on orders less than 12.
